Reserving a time slot is compulsory for everyone, whatever the applicable access right. Those entitled to free admission (holders of the culture card, ICOM, jobseekers, etc.) must make a reservation. (and the relevant supporting documents, of course!)

Yes, reservations are compulsory. Tickets are available online a few days before the 1st free Sunday of the month (November to March).

Free tickets are offered on a daily basis for all the slots open to visitors who can justify exemption from the admission fee. Once the quota of free tickets has been reached for a given slot, only paying tickets can be booked, so please plan ahead and book your tickets in advance.
